Located in 1 km from puka shell beach. The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top.

Great location,room service and housekeeping were great .Restaurant staff has some serious challenges.I was very disappointed with the service in all restaurants and poor staff standards.

The best hotel for relaxing in your honeymoon, the staff is very very helpful and they. Ake sure to make you happy all the way. They have a reception in caticlan just to say hi to you with cold towels and lemon juice, then take you in a privet boat to the hotel directly for free. The hotel beach is amazing but still not as good as the public white beach where the sand is much smoother.
It's pretty far from the public white beach even though they offer free bus to take you there every hour or half of an hour. For Muslims and people who care about cleaning them self after using the toilets : there is no water to clean your self. The toilet papers was so cheap comparing to a luxury hotel like this. However, this hotel is certainly the best hotel in boracay if you can afford it.

Food is not great, we expected more. There was not even sparkling water in the breakfast. internet was extremely low! iPhone dock station sounded poor. Too much money for this quality but now there are not better hotels in the island.

Lack of information regarding resorts events eg. Themed nights at restaurants. Tennis courts require refurbishing. Would like to have the ability to purchase new tennis balls.

They have their act together from pickup at the airport to boat transfer to the hotel and vice-versa.
The staff didn't know how to make cocktails. While at the poolside, it took an hour for my husband to get his dacquiri. I was charged more than the Booked.net quoted room rate. Being away from the action of Boracay proper - the hotel can do more to make the resort more of a "happening area". To begin with, there could be up-beat music playing in the pool area and more activities. How about a store that's open on time and also one that sells items that you could use in the beach e.g bathing suits, cover ups, hats, sunglasses etc.

Its in a beautiful location, with a private beach. The best staff you would ever meet, always greeting you with a smile. The staff greets you from the minute you land till the time you are ready to board the aircraft at the end of your stay. Could not have asked for better service.
The food at the poolside restaurant is very average, and nothing really shines out other than maybe the salads. They need to add more interesting options on the menu, since most people eat lunch by the poolside, and it gets very monotonous if you are staying there for more than 3 days.

Service level, friendliness, facilities, rooms, food, views, beaches, transport from and back to the airport. There's one danger area though. You might enjoy the resort so much that you won't leave it at all and you'll miss the rest of the island. That would be a shame as the island is beautiful, people are very friendly, but of course is very different from the Shangri-La experience.
A little pricey, but if you can afford it you won't regret it.
